First, lets talk about titanium. It's addictive; my bicycle has all titaium hardware and it's just a drop-bar tourer. Hopefully, we'll be offering titanium screw/bolt kits: everything that shows on the covers and cases. Pinch bolts, sprocket nuts. There will be too many chassis variations for me to make up meaningful running gear kits. I do see valve keepers and jam nuts on the horizon; we'll save weight where it is most critical. I don't have a solid connection with any mfg of generic metric hardware, so - except for special items - you're on your own.
Carbon fiber? I don't see why a carbon clutch cover wouldn't be possible; there's little stress on it. The stator cover, I think, has too much going on inside it and against it to take the time to pursue it. Maybe rocker and cam caps; I'll have to see if the heat is a problem. Headlight shells for the XV920R that keeps that giant light? I plan to and would like to save the weight. I'm open to suggestions.
